Mr. Khurram Ashraf (Amir) is a Certified Immigration Consultant and is in good standing with the Regulatory Council of Immigration Consultants (RCIC). Mr. Ashraf is a Bonded member of the Government of Saskatchewan under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).

Prior to shifting careers into the human resource and immigration sector, he was an International Business Manager and had spearheaded many projects in the organization that consisted of strategic corporate initiative with CEO's and Executives of international firms in various parts of the world (Singapore, China, India, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea) in business development in Canada. He developed corporate strategies of growth in upcoming international markets and developed plans and alliances with organization for the acquisition of resources.

He started practicing Immigration consultancy in Toronto in 2008 and represented primarily asylum seeking refugees at the Refugee Protection Division (Immigration and Refugee Board). He was working with a diverse array of clients from all around the world and provided consultation on perplex immigration matters in Immigration.

Mr. Allan Balan BA(Adv), Director of Operations

Allan Balan completed his post secondary education from the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with an advanced psychology major. He has over 10 years of leadership experience building and managing human capital portfolios for the public and private sector in Saskatchewan.

He has chaired several hiring committees in the public sector and has filled shortages in the private andpublic sector using a variety of empirical tools and assessments. With the Immigration Depot he has been an asset in accumulation human capital and precisely screening candidates for skilled and non skilled positions

Lorna Bondoc

B.S.N. / L.L.B.


Originally from the Philippines, Lorna has been living in Canada with her family for the past six years. Lorna has an extensive background in immigration related work starting as a Legal Secretary, then as a paralegal for an Immigration lawyer and currently as Operations Manager for the Immigration Depot (Canada Division) and Director of Operations of our Manila office. Lorna's Immigration experience is truly international as she has vast immigration experience in the Philippines, New Zealand, and Canada.

Lorna earned two (2) degrees while in the Philippines, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She worked for many years as Court Interpreter for the Philippine judiciary and then a Paralegal for the executive branch of the Philippine government. She is now working on her registration as legal practitioner in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Morgan Balan B. Sc.

Currently in the role of  Administrative/Communications Support Manger, Morgan has been with our company for over 6 years and  remains instrumental in the coordination of technical and information systems within our organization. Morgan educates our entire team on advances in software and hardware used within our organizations day-to-day operations. Along with her regular responsibilities, Morgan plans and manages the design, content, and production of our marketing and communication materials.
